Job Description:

This position is in the SCJ Global Consumer Insights & Business Analytics (CIBA) division of Global Home Cleaning. This candidate reports to the Director of Global Consumer Insights & Business Analytics – Home Cleaning.  This position is accountable for leading the learning agenda for key initiatives within the Global Home Cleaning team.  The Global CIBA Insights Manager– Home Cleaning will deliver consumer insights to further grow the division brand(s) through base innovation, as well as brand building initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and execute highest priority learning needs to drive share and category growth.


• Lead assigned Innovation projects from Ideation through the end to end process ready for commercialization.


• Lead equity building initiatives in partnership with marketing.


• Voice the consumer learning and collaborate in partnership with marketing, designers and RD&E teams.


• Work with analytics to assist Global Home Cleaning team and/or Regional teams.


• Work with Regional Business Partner team to ensure holistic understanding of strategies for specific brands.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Bachelors degree and 5+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Advanced degree in research preferred


• CPG experience (preferred)


• Global experience/exposure


• Experience of working in a matrix organization


• Leadership of cross-functional team


• Passion for innovation


• High sense of urgency


• Demonstrated team leadership and development


• Ability to define root cause factors from data, experience and judgment


• Ability to enrich our understanding of consumer motivations and behaviors in order to develop winning marketing plans

• Full-Time


• Up to 20% travel
