Software Engineer Sr Analyst at Cigna in Memphis, Tennessee

Job Description:

Operational reporting centers on building a core central data repository that provides decision making on staffing, timecard data, performance guarantees reports and compliance reporting. The repository hosts data subject areas consisting of home delivery, call center, inventory management and outreach inbound and outbound communications. Operational reporting has approximately several custom web application which provide critical key performance metrics to our internal customers regarding the operational efficiency of our call centers and home delivery pharmacies.

The ideal candidate for this role will:

• Be highly motivated, flexible, and embrace change.


• Work collaboratively with all parties and manage multiple competing priorities.

Essential Functions:

• Design, develop and implement enterprise operational web applications.


• Work with source systems and downstream data consumers to apply data quality, remediate issues, and implement processes including:


• Analyzing data quality results.


• Performing root cause analysis of data anomalies.


• Triaging data quality issues.


• Evaluating and quantifying business impact of data quality issues and making recommendations for data improvements including required process and system changes.

Qaulifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 1 year of experience.


• 1-3 years relevant experience without Bachelor's Degree


• Need at least four years of Experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Frameworks, React JS, Rest API


• Need at least four years of Experience with Cloud Foundry, Oracle, PL/SQL.


• Must be a current contractor with Cigna, Express Scripts, or Evernorth. Evernorth is a new business within the Cigna Corporation.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
