DM&E Employee Referral Program Eligible - $500
ELIGIBILITY: You must be a current CP employee. You must have referred an employee to work on the DM&E property to fill a Track Laborer unionized vacancy. The referred employee must be employed by CP for a minimum of 6 months in order for you to be eligible for the referral bonus. Vice presidents, managers and supervisors in the direct line of reporting to the specified vacant positions are not eligible for the bonus. In addition any employees directly involved in the hiring process (i.e. interviews, shortlisting and calibration) and the Employment Centerare not eligible for the bonus.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To safely maintain the physical railway track within a specific territory in accordance with guidelines set forth by the FRA and Canadian Pacific.

Medical Requirements:
