Provide direction and management of a complex highly technical program that may include multiple client locations. Direct the efforts of a number of scientific, engineering, and administrative support staff in carrying out tasks necessary to meet the customer's strategic research & development initiatives focusing on Cyber and Electronic Warfare techniques. Manages the daily tasks required to perform ongoing support and operation activities. The Program Manager is the primary interface with the client management, contract managers, and technical staff. Develops and enforces work standards, assigns contractor schedules, reviews work quality, communicates goals, objectives, and policies of the organization to subordinates.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Utilizes proven technical and management experience, from inception to deployment, of multiple complex projects.
Is responsible for the production of professional documentation and briefing packages, free from major formatting and grammatical errors, indicating performance progress or new ideas presented to the Government. This may include high quality photographs, animations, and video clips into documentation and briefings.
Manages moderate program/technical support operations potentially involving multiple projects/task orders and personnel at multiple locations.
Employs demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction in multiple tasks across several functional areas and including use of different technologies.
Briefs the Government when required and deliver reports, summaries, and recommendations based on the team's expertise.
Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and execution of all program/technical support activities.
Must have a demonstrated ability to interface with management.
Establishes and alters management structure as necessary to effectively direct program/technical support activities.
Confers with appropriate Government management officials regarding the status of specific program/technical activities and problems, issues, or conflicts.
Provide leadership and management to the site leads and project teams.
Works with corporate management to develop budget and program objectives.
Establishes work plan and staffing requirements for each phase of project.
Work with contract administration, finance, HR and proposal department to ensure compliance with rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
Perform goal setting and performance review processes to achieve project goals and control project risk baseline.
Consult with customers (independently or in partnership with CDO corporate resources to understand and analyze operational procedures.
Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate improvements and improved working relationships.

PMP Certification Comp Tia, Security + CE
Years of Experience: at least 8
