Business System Analyst

Responsibilities

Sabre Sytems is currently hiring a Business Systems Anlasyt to support the Planning and Operations Program Management Department located at NAVAIR Headquarters at Patuxent River Naval Air Station. The selected candidate will:

- Maintain a QLIK visualization tool-Stream specifically for Supervisors to track and understand personnel information utilizing the Staffing Form and SharePoint Database currently in use by the 20+ Supervisors within the PMD. Example sheets/views required include:

• Current vacancies


• In progress reviews


• Position series and/or pay band data


• Org code alignment

- Load/map data

- Develop/modify visuals

- Test applications

- Train users

- Maintain/sustain dashboards moving forward

  • Loading of new data files
  
  
  • Review to ensure loads are completed and troubleshoot errors
  
  
  • Update for cosmetic changes
  
  
  • Perform data analysis
  
  
  • Attend meetings as necessary to understand requirements
  
  
  • Collaborate with senior team member to understand data models and perform testing
  
  

The Business Systems Analsyt will also maintain an IT budge throughout the year within distruted allcoaitons and standarize IT packages for all new hires. The seleted canidate will provide support to government, military and other contractors. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Engineering or a Technical discipline is required


• Three (3) years of related experience in a related field is required


• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (OneNote, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)


• QLIK visualization tool


• SharePoint


• Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher and able to maintain the clearance level


• Selected candidate will be required to pass a background investigation
