IT Business Partner, US Commercial

Summary:
The US IT Business Partner will serve as the IT Leader responsible for administering US Commercial IT Strategy, Roadmap, and Demand based on defined business priorities. Serves as Business Partner to the US CFO and VP Operations to ensure delivery of business needs driven by IT solutions. Acts as a Site contact to key stakeholders for Global and Local IT needs across domains and functions.
Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and develop the assigned function ensuring quality delivery of all People Processes, resulting in a highly engaged, motivated and high performing team adding value to the business.
Build and maintain organizational assigned function capabilities now and for the future, at a Regional and Country level to build a strong virtual IT community across, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources and capabilities.
Hold IT teams accountable for delivering quality solutions and provide support where required.
Foster and demonstrate collaboration across the business and within the IT Function.
Develop direct reports and functional reports in country and region.
Ensure coordination and close collaboration with:
Global IT LT
Global Commercial IT Business Partner team
Global IT DevOps
Ensure best practice sharing and drive implementation of cross-sites initiatives.
Develop, align and ensure implementation of the IT strategy, - roadmap and - project portfolio of the assigned function with their business strategy. Co-develop/contribute to the overall Commercial IT strategy in the context of the business strategy and initiatives of the assigned function. Assure that Global / Regional IT programs and initiatives are blended into the overall regional IT portfolio.
When applicable:
Develop business cases together with business partners.
Translate business problems into to the right IT solutions and services.
Vendor management for outsourced IT services and solutions.
Cultivate a close and trusted relationship with the senior leadership and their teams as well as between IT function and the assigned function. Is the pro-active point of contact for the business counterparts regarding opportunities, issues, and projects.
Provide leadership, and direction to the IT team members and global applications organization. Facilitate the application governance process to gain consensus on a prioritized set of measurable business outcomes that applications must support, and to take strategic decisions on the evolution of the application portfolio.
Create an environment to ensure co-innovation between business and IT in partnership with Digital incubator and innovation team as well as the global innovation lab.
Responsible for the creation and execution of the US IT project portfolio including global alignment, prioritization, resources allocation, budget and support.
And ensure it is consistent with the overall strategic objectives of IT and enterprise.
Ensure cost-effective delivery of IT services to meet those needs, and is able to respond with the agility required to address changing business priorities.
A highly informed, engaged and motivated IT organization and ensure stable operations of IT infrastructure and systems in the US, acting as a single point of contact for management team
Requirements:
Master's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
10 or more years in IT and business industry.
A minimum of 5 years of leadership responsibilities.
5 years of business partnering experience.
Organizational change management including experience of building relevant capabilities across the relevant function.
First class influencing and stakeholders management skills.
Demonstrated learning agility.
Ability to translate strategic objectives into operation activities.
