Role Purpose:

The successful candidate will be an innovative technology-driven marketer with a strong business background who knows how to simplify even the most complex processes and systems. This leader will oversee the strategy, planning, execution, and analysis of all digital campaigns and programs. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a deep understanding of omnichannel media best practices and drive success of each marketing activity.

Key Accountabilities:


Digital Management & Execution
* Lead, oversee, and support best-in-class campaign setups, optimizations, reporting, and analysis focusing on improving ROI across web, social, email, and search.
* Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics.
* Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment.

Demand Generation
* Develop a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer's journey.
* Ensure that content reaches the right part of the sales/marketing funnel at the right time.
* Leverage the CMS (Content Management System), Marketing Automation, and Lead Management to streamline, automate, and measure all tasks and workflows.
* Assist the creative team on content suggestions and leverage existing content for campaign deployment.

Tracking & Analysis
* Work with internal team to define a testing agenda and analysis of KPIs to boost performance.
* Utilize analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Sprout Social to develop insights and action items intended to increase ROI.
* Complete ad hoc analyses on market share and any other project as requested.

Collaboration
* Foster a productive, clear, and cohesive environment for cross-department collaboration.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing to build programs that support sales enablement.
* Collaborate with internal team to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best
* Collaborate with Creative Director to ensure brand guidelines are being met and established within campaigns and digital media.

Process Improvement
* Develop processes and roadmaps, establish accountability streams, implement scalable operational solutions, and ensure alignment of team processes with stakeholders.
* Manage lead management through the funnel supporting sales with MQL (marketing qualified leads).
* Research best practices for marketing processes and keep abreast on latest trends.

Role Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or any other related field.
* 4-6 years in a demand generation, digital media, or marketing operations role.
* 4-6 years of experience with a CMS (content management system) preferably Sitecore or related.
* 4-6 years of experience with a marketing automation platform (Hubspot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
* 1-3 years managing a team.
* Experience in analyzing metrics and using analytical tools (such as Google Analytics, etc.).
* Experience with content development for digital channels.
* Familiar/experience using HTML/CSS.
* Strong judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
* Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a cross functional dynamic team environment.
* Ability to maintain positive, professional demeanor at all times.
* Consistent attention to detail and quality; eye for detail.
