Operating in over 70 treatment centers in multiple states, our team members are engaged in medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management of individuals living with OUD. Job Summary:
The Controller position is responsible for establishing and maintaining internal controls and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the accounting department, including but not limited to general ledger accounting, treasury, accounts payable, and financial planning and analysis including evaluation of M&A and de novo opportunities.

Essential Qualifications:

Education/Licensure/Certification: Bachelor's Degree, or higher. CPA and/or public accounting experience preferred.
Required Knowledge: Requires knowledge of GAAP.
Experience Required: 10+ years progressive professional-level experience in the accounting field. Controller experience and health care experience is strongly preferred. Experience working in a 3rd party (insurance) reimbursement environment. Experience using Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite products as well as Great Plains.
Skill and Ability: Must possess strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Must have strong leadership and project management skills. Must have attention to detail. Ability to multi-task in a complex, fast-paced business; detail-oriented without being a micro-manager. Requires excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Great Plains, and FRX. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, discretion and integrity.
