We are currently hiring aCopywriter for Twisted TeainBoston, MA.

We're a team of fun seeking, tea drinking, clownery hatching marketing enthusiasts who are in desperate need for creative writer who can match our energy and organize our wild ideas into clear and clever messaging.

This position works closely with our Creative, Brand, and our Social Media teams to imagine and produce engaging, original and on-brand content for our all drinker touchpoints: interactive media, collateral, advertising, social campaigns and unique digital experiences.

What You'll Do:


  • Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to produce a range of high-quality work


    • Contribute to the evolution and articulation of the brand voice and identity

    • Decipher creative briefs and develop concepts that clearly communicate the brand message

    • Contribute in evaluating advertising campaigns in the context of what will drive overall success of the brand

    • Brainstorm exciting ways to create strong, memorable campaign messaging and creative extensions



  • Manage and execute projects from conception to completion

    • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, on time and with brand guidance

    • Work across all mediums - TV, print, digital and non-traditional

    • Partner effectively with a cross-department team (PR, Social, Product, Web, Marketing, Sales, Creative, Legal, Production, etc.) to ensure campaigns and projects are cohesive, elevated, and well-executed

    • Test and iterate to drive volume and boost conversion across every touchpoint

    • Ensure flawless copy execution



What We're Looking For:


  • 3-5 years of copywriting experience at a top branding agency, advertising agency, or with a consumer brand

  • Writing across a variety of channels including, digital, print and broadcast channels

  • Ability to translate brand guidelines into a consistent, ownable voice

  • Communication style that breaks down complex information in an easily understood and thoughtful manner

  • Must be a self-motivated and positive person that collaborates well with others, and enjoys being accountable to their work and the larger team

  • Scrupulous proofreading and copyediting skills and flawless grammar

  • Skilled in turning messaging frameworks into compelling customer experiences

  • Communicates effectively across all levels of the organization - from individual contributors to senior stakeholders

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Communicator and Outlook
