Job Description:
The Compensation Analyst completes complex analysis and interpretation related to Centerstone's compensation programs. Completes job evaluation, market analysis and internal equity studies to ensure an effective compensation program. Develops and maintains job description database. Participates in salary surveys. Makes pay recommendations and assists in annual budgeting process.
Skills/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field plus 3 years' relevant experience or 7 years' relevant experience required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer Service Skills
Ability to use electronic equipment and systems required by position
Three to five years compensation administration experience to have included advanced Excel use and data analysis. Experience with Workday and Payfactors also preferred.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
