Job Description:

Supportworks is looking for a brilliant 3D Specialist to join our team. The 3D Specialist is responsible for providing our internal teams, along with our network of dealers, the best possible 3D and animation content to support our marketing and training solutions. They work with cross-discipline groups to gather any needed content to produce and provide final 3D graphics and animations for print, video, and interactive projects. They support the management, mission, and values of Supportworks.

As the 3D Specialist, you will:

• Provides radical support for our dealers based on the Supportworks receipt and brand standards.


• Creates 3D content for our internal marketing and training projects that are laid out in a relevant and thoughtful manner to convey the needed information in an understandable and esthetically pleasing way based on Supportworks design guidelines.


• Provides our dealers with the best possible 3D solutions for their marketing needs.


• According to Supportworks standards, properly organizes and constantly maintains our projects and files.


• Works collaboratively with graphic design, video, interactive, and other 3D Specialists to concept and deliver 3D solutions that provide support for the marketing and training needs of Supportworks.


• Continuously researches and educates themselves on new and effective marketing and 3D processes and techniques.


• Is punctual in both coming to work and in delivering projects within the Supportworks standards and guidelines.


• Regular, reliable on-site attendance.


• Meet yearly organizational and individual development goals and objectives.

Content Deliverables:

Rendered images, animations, and camera tracking data for video, interactive, and graphic projects.

Required knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain thoughts and requirements in a clear and understandable manner.


• Experience with 3ds Max, V-Ray, and camera tracking applications.


• Experience modeling, texturing, animating, rending, and camera tracking.


• A strategic mind that is constantly innovating better ways to solve creative problems.


• A meticulous eye for detail and an unwavering ability to execute those details to the highest quality possible.


• A method for being organized and an understudying of proper file and layer structures.


• The ability to work collaboratively with a team but be responsible enough to manage own individual projects from beginning to end when needed.

Education and Experience:

1. College, associate degree, or certificate in Design preferred;


2. Two years of 3D illustration and animation design experience; or


3. A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.


4. A valid driver’s license.
