Job Highlights

• Operates tire curing bladder equipment to produce quality bladder adhering to safety and process standards


• Pull and load presses; trim, buff, and perform final inspections


• Load bladders into shipping boxes, label and strap


• Read gauges and understand tolerances


• Cleans and maintain bladder curing area


• Receive and complete daily work assignments, documentation and checklists as required


• Adhere to company safety, quality and productivity goals


• Use quality system and scanners to record quality condition of bladders throughout process


• Prepare, spray coat, oven cure and package coated bladders

Requirements

• High school diploma


• Minimum one year experience in manufacturing


• Ability to function independently in team environment


• Basic mathematical and computer literacy skills


• Working knowledge of tire bladder manufacturing and specifications preferred


• Current forklift operator license


• Adherence to company attendance and punctuality policies and standards


• Ability to complete assigned tasks in timely manner, work flexible shifts and adhere to Lanxess values - integrity, positive attitude, respect, trust, honesty and team player
