Job Highlights
Operates tire curing bladder equipment to produce quality bladder adhering to safety and process standards
Pull and load presses; trim, buff, and perform final inspections
Load bladders into shipping boxes, label and strap
Read gauges and understand tolerances
Cleans and maintain bladder curing area
Receive and complete daily work assignments, documentation and checklists as required
Adhere to company safety, quality and productivity goals
Use quality system and scanners to record quality condition of bladders throughout process
Prepare, spray coat, oven cure and package coated bladders
Requirements
High school diploma
Minimum one year experience in manufacturing
Ability to function independently in team environment
Basic mathematical and computer literacy skills
Working knowledge of tire bladder manufacturing and specifications preferred
Current forklift operator license
Adherence to company attendance and punctuality policies and standards
Ability to complete assigned tasks in timely manner, work flexible shifts and adhere to Lanxess values - integrity, positive attitude, respect, trust, honesty and team player
