As the Specialist, Communications, you will support the Sr. Manager, Communications in the development and execution of all Communications efforts for the region, with the goal of increasing awareness of and affinity for the Red Bull brand and its local events, athletes and media projects. You will be responsible for helping the Sr. Manager, Comms shape the annual regional Communications plan, and will support execution of all regional Communications efforts on-time, on-budget and on-target.
RESPONSIBILITIESAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
*Provide inputs (Sports or Culture) to the Sr. Manager, Communications to support the Regionalplanning process
*Support the identification of local media opportunities and associated pitches
*Ensure Regional Communications plans utilize the most efficient tactics to drive media coverageand reach new consumers and influencers
*Implement Communications tactics surrounding Regional Marketing activities
*Work closely with the other members of the region Marketing team and SaMo departments tobuild and execute comprehensive campaigns.
*Devise 'breakthrough' buzzworthy PR moments and activations to elevate the company'smessage, bringing new perspectives and vision that tap into the brand's roots
*Provide input on campaigns that delight our consumers and enhance Red Bull's reputation forcreativity and inspiration in the region
*Define objectives, goals, messages and tactics for each local communications initiative andidentify the appropriate tools and amplification channels for each campaign.
*Own and maintain a comprehensive region calendar of Red Bull national and regional initiatives
*Collaborate with key Region and SaMo stakeholders -- including brand, sales, event marketing,production -- to achieve campaign goals.
*Oversee accurate and consistent representation of the Red Bull brand in all regional activations.
*Measure outcome using analytic tools and report results to key internal and external stakeholders.
*Keep SaMo informed of needs and opportunities in the region.
*Create scalable communications templates, which the field marketing teams can utilize for theplanning, execution, optimization and reporting of local or endemic initiatives.
