What You’ll Do:
Help oversee daily operations of the Condado Tacos kitchen, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, training inventory, and supervising inventory.
Responsibilities:
Communication of all scheduling, ordering, hiring and training
Must possess excellent multi-tasking prowess and have a fine attention to detail with cleanliness, food dating/labeling, portioning, food time/temperatures, and organization of both food & dry stock
Must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively on a daily basis with front and back of house staff as well as upper management
Must be willing to work weekends and evenings
Delegation, communication, and leadership are key to ensure each shift runs smoothly
Is in tune with Condado standards in daily & weekly kitchen labor
Compensation:
$20/hour + overtime available
