Maintain external systems, provide forecasting, upload documents, and complete required customer forms and deliverables as detailed in project statements of work.
Report and review project actuals validate billable milestones for invoice approval and ensure project accuracy and site alignment.
Proactively analyze and identify project gaps such as missing approvals or rejected items. Collaborate with the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to close gaps and resolve potential issues.
Proactively build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships.
Assign vendors to projects in internal systems, place orders with vendors and communicate deadlines and requirements.
Request zoning and permitting verification from site acquisition vendors.
Assist Project Manager by attending deployment calls and taking notes, compiling action item lists, and adjusting customer databases.
Obtain due diligence documents from internal database and either provide to Project Manager or upload to customer database.
Approximately 10% of time role will be performed outside conventional office environment.
A minimum of 1 year of professional experience required.
Project management experience preferred.
Approximately 10% travel may be required in support of the position’s responsibilities.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
