Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION
RH at its core is about taste, and we believe the idea of scaling taste is large and far reaching.

The RH brand attracts the best designers, artisans, manufacturers and talent in our industry, scaling and rendering their work more valuable across our integrated platform, enabling us to curate the most compelling collection of luxury home furnishings in the world. We are moving the brand beyond curating and selling products to conceptualizing and selling spaces by building an ecosystem of products, places, services and spaces that elevates and establishes the RH brand as a global thought leader, taste and place maker.

At RH we believe deeply that the \"right\" people are our greatest asset. We value people with high energy, who possess the ability to energize others. People who are smart, creative and have a point of view. People who see the answer in every problem, versus those who see the problem in every answer. People who are driven, determined and won't take \"no\" for an answer. We value team players, people who are more concerned with what's right, rather than who's right.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
  • Be the point contact for all workers comp claims and leaves of absence, ensuring associates are met with first class service and are supported throughout the claim
  • Coordinate with third party vendors and associates to make sure leave of absences and ADA reasonable accommodation requests are tracked appropriately, return to work certifications are received, and the overall associate experience is flawless
  • Partner with the HR Compliance Leader and third-party vendors to plan, innovate, and maintain safety training programs across our operations, which measurably reduce occupational injuries and financial losses.
  • Work with third party vendors to gather and analyze appropriate data to track claims and make recommendations for proactive deployment of safety training across sites based on objective data
  • Ensure onsite compliance with OSHA standards and written IIPP and assist locations with revisions of policies and programs, as necessary
  • Manage RH's OSHA record-keeping and reporting obligations
  • Recommend enhancements and innovations to our safety, workers compensation, and leave of absence practices and policies

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS Degree with 1-2 years of experience in worker compensation, safety or leave programs.
  • Think critically, be self-aware and have a point of view
  • Demonstrate drive and desire with the ability to produce timely deliverables and manage multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
  • A belief that truly great work comes from within
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise independent judgment and discretion in all aspects of the job
ABOUT US
RH is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, age, disability, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any other status protected by federal or state law or local ordinance.
