Security Customer Engagement Lead

Chicago, IL or Newark, NJ

The Security Awareness & Adoption Lead is responsible for operationally supporting the Security Awareness & Adoption Program strategy. The role will drive three areas of security behavior change within the organization: a focus on creating targeted campaigns from industry trends and internal IT findings, a focus on creating a targeted campaign for onboarding (new hires, new role internally, new InfoSec. team member, and new M&As deployment), and provide structure for a customer experience strategy for each of our security services. The role will assist the strategy development and provide operational support when executing the strategy.

What are we looking for?


  • BA or BS Degree in Communications, Organizational Development / Behavior, Marketing, IT / Computer Science or equivalent work experience

  • Familiarity or certification in Prosci / ADKAR model or equivalent

  • Familiarity or facilitation experience in Design Thinking / User Centricity facilitation experience

What will be your key responsibilities?

Behavioral Trends & Targeted Campaigns


  • Create targeted campaigns based on InfoSec. cultural and behavioral findings and maintain communication templates for multiple reactive InfoSec. messaging

  • Establish process to capture and prioritize InfoSec. cultural findings and Incorporate cultural findings within InfoSec. Training program strategy


Security Onboarding Campaign & Service Deployment

  • Build and maintain a targeted awareness campaign to upskill incoming InfoSec. team members, new hires, newly acquired businesses and associates transitioning into a new role.

  • Create targeted campaigns based on InfoSec. cultural and behavioral findings and maintain communication templates for multiple reactive InfoSec. Messaging


Customer Experience

  • Maintain and facilitate customer feedback information between internal InfoSec. teams as well as create customer survey process

  • Maintain InfoSec. Portal messaging strategy, process and customer experience.
