EisnerAmper, a premier accounting and business advisory services firm, seeks a Marketing Coordinator of Events and Conferences to join our New York City office. The position is responsible for event and conference needs, from idea generation through post event follow up.
Responsibilities
On a daily basis, the coordinator's role will involve (but is not limited to):
Assists in the execution of events hosted or sponsored by the firm (webinars, in-person and virtual summits, continuing education seminars, networking receptions, sponsorships)
Administer webinars; manage email campaign and registration process (HubSpot), website promotion (Episerver), webinar platform (ON24), presenters (technical setup and testing); run post-webinar analytics and provide recommendations
Create registration forms and landing pages, draft and distribute event emails, track and communicate registration updates to internal stakeholders
Set-up event posting on website
Manage and respond to inquiries within general event email inbox
Organize hosted events within New York office meeting space; print nametags, manage registration, coordinate logistics with IT, hospitality, reception, caterers and security
Coordinate items being shipped out for events; coordinate or provide training on sponsorship booth setup and breakdown
Coordinate items returned from events (counting collateral, giveaways, other marketing display materials)
Research and contract venues and vendors locally and nationally
Set up, manage registration, and break down local events; train and supervise volunteer staff providing onsite support
Order and maintain giveaway inventory
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing leaders (geo, industry and service) to plan and promote hosted events
Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event
Assess an event's overall success and submit findings
Basic qualifications for the opportunity
Minimum 2 years supporting in-person and virtual events (additional consideration for experience with webinars and hybrid events)
Ideally, you'll also have
High-level of comfort working with and learning new software (particularly experience with ON24, HubSpot, NetSuite, Episerver, Smartsheet, Cvent); high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
Well-developed written, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to interact with all levels of management within the firm as well as with clients and vendors
Self-starter who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent time management skills
Demonstrated flexibility and ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to quality and attention
Ability to work in multiple locations; some (mostly local) travel anticipated
Ability to work a variety of hours, to appropriately set up and support events
