Talent Sourcing Specialist

As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will join a newly formed team centered on creating rich candidate experiences for internal and external job seekers. This team focuses on identifying, engaging and attracting top candidates for our vacancies and identifying the best way to interact with this level of talent. In this role you will partner with your talent sourcing colleagues and your Talent Acquisition Partners to fill vacancies in a timely manner with best in class diverse talent.
Responsibilities
Sources and assesses internal and external candidates for open roles ranging from entry level to executive
Develops and cultivates effective relationships with talented candidates to create and maintain interest in Blue Cross as an employer
Partners with Talent Acquisition Partners on best practices, focusing on creating an optimal candidate experience
Partners with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and develop innovative short term and long-term candidate engagement strategies including community initiatives and strategic partnerships
Partners with Compensation to establish competitive and fair offers and ensure candidate sourcing practices are best in class.
Uses data to identify any sourcing challenges including compensation, candidate experience and marketing
Use HR recruitment technology to build candidate pipelines and continuously engage talent for current and future vacancies
About You:
You are slightly obsessed with research and learning. You are willing to dig deep to find the actual problem and are willing to collaborate with a variety of colleagues to recommend solutions
You have a technical mindset and have a passion for the role of technology and analytics in our changing world and want to apply your technical skills in a people focused field like HR and Recruiting

Qualifications
0-5 years of experience in a full cycle recruiting environment
