Job Description:

PAPE’ MACHINERY, INC. – AGRICULTURE & TURF DIVISION – MT VERNON, WA

RECEPTIONIST / DEPARTMENT ASSISTANT: Position will be the primary receptionist and assistant for all departments at the branch. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answering phones for the branch.


• Assisting in sales department transactions.


• Daily reconciliation of credit card reports and cash till.


• Daily reconciliation of customer accounts.


• Aiding all departments with correspondence, filing, ordering, coding payables and handling daily mail.


• Assisting in the service department.


• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualified applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external customers.Above average computer keyboarding skills and knowledge of Outlook, MS Word/Excel and internet required.Must have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
