Licensed Clinical Supervisor needed for a permanent opportunity with Yoh's client located in Red Bluff, CA!

Top Skills You Should Possess:

• LCSW, LMFT or Registered Nurse required


• Previous experience in a mental health setting

What You'll Be Doing:

• Plan, organize, lead and supervise the work of staff in community prevention and treatment programs, including preparing grant applications, defining scope of work, monitoring program/staff productivity and developing and monitoring budgets


• Coordinates statewide client satisfaction surveys; participates in quality assurance program activities


• Conducts individual, group and/or family therapy sessions


• Prepares comprehensive reports and correspondence, analyzing statistical data for reports


• Monitors productivity of staff


• Evaluates and assigns new cases


• Participates in the hiring of new personnel, arranges for and provides new employee orientation, recommends disciplinary action and resolves staff conflicts as needed

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Must have a Master's degree in Social Work, a Master's degree in Psychology, or a Master's degree in any behavioral science; or a Master's degree in any Nursing; or a Doctoral degree in Psychology.


• Five (5) years of professional mental health experience with increasing responsibilities. One (1) year of supervisory experience is desirable

• A valid California driver's license.


• A California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Marriage and Family Therapist, Registered Nurse or Psychologist.


• Must possess, or be willing to obtain, National Provider Identifier (NPI).


• Must complete periodic continuing education coursework as required to maintain active licensure.


• Must not be excluded from participation in any federally funded health care program including, without limitation, Medicare or Medi-Cal.
