We are currently looking for a WW Partner Enablement Manager to focus on Wrike. This new position will report to the Director, Worldwide Partner Enablement and will be responsible for development and implementation of channel programs; as well as training content to result in more effective and productive selling solutions for our partners. Understanding programs that drive partner efficiency and enabling partners with the tools and resources for their success, as well as channel sales standard methodologies, and channel readiness.Your knowledge and expertise of service providers is a plus. You have executive presence and will collaborate with our senior leadership team and executives. The successful candidate requires proven skills in project management, problem solving, attention to detail and oral and written communication with globally located teams.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities


  • Establish & nurture strong working relationships and work in close collaboration with appropriate global teams to understand channel strategies and lead successful build and execution of channel development and enablement programs across channel functions (CSP, Development, Marketing)

  • Develop and provide channel subject matter expertise to ensure successful requirements' definition of development programs globally

  • Use channel development framework to develop sales and technical tools

  • Work in collaboration with worldwide channel programs and marketing teams to ensure consistent strategy, messaging and direction is integrated into enablement programs

  • Analyze and build knowledge of solutions advisor, service provider industry and marketing market trends and align with programs developed and executed

  • Drive the development and customization of content with the sales enablement team focused.

  • Make content available and optimize access.

  • Identify and develop performance indicators to measure and assess success of programs and identify opportunities to evolve to ensure relevance and value. Provide regular reporting on progress

Preferred Qualifications


  • Understanding of channel development, enablement, marketing and service provider programs including building learning paths and training curriculum and measuring enablement success

  • Ability to work with cross functional teams to successfully launch and monitor new programs

  • Good understanding of industry standard channel programs

  • Previous role in selling in or through the channel partners highly desired

Basic Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years experience in executing channel readiness and enablement programs

  • 5 + years experience in channel and service provider industry

  • Excellent internal and external communication and presentation skills

  • Results driven

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and multi-geo environment

  • Proven history of self-motivation and ability to multi-task effectively


  • Professional office environment

  • Travel: 10% or as the need arises
