Job Summary
The Salesforce Support Analyst provides production support for the Salesforce application and related business processes. The Salesforce Systems Analyst requires experience with setting up reporting dashboards, activating new features, managing access, and working with customer facing portals. Leverages business and system experience to recognize ways in which the organization could improve efficiency by using the functionality of Salesforce and subsequently outline and define scope and objectives for implementing improvements. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Primary Duties

• Liaise with business users to gather functional and technical requirements.


• Troubleshoot and resolve reported issues.


• Liaise with development team to identify permanent bug fixes or process improvements.


• Develop code, custom objects, reports, dashboards, workflows and assignment rules.


• Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security, Territories)


• Perform unit testing and defect fixes.


• Contribute to the analysis of functional requirements.


• Track and communicate the progress on project tasks being performed by project team and drive execution to project dates.


• Act as application owner for all administration tasks related to SFDC.


• Salesforce.com application technical and end-user administration and support.


• Will be responsible for monitoring, resolving and responding to end-user.


• Provide regular progress reports to team management.

Education / Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field


• Minimum 2-4 years' experience with an understanding of business and information systems technology.


• One or more Salesforce certifications demonstrating current knowledge as a developer or administrator


• 2+ years' experience with Salesforce
