Field Technician at Arcadis U.S.Inc. in Clifton Park, New York

Job Description:

Arcadis is currently searching for a Field Technician to join our world-class firm in the Albany/ Clifton Park, NY area, reporting to the Hoosick Falls, NY field office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work with community members and homeowners to collect water samples and assist with plumbing repairs in private houses as needed.
• Install pipes and valves, analytical testing on water, and following detailed operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Arcadis standards and policies.
• Keep log of activities during each event using a table and updating spreadsheets.

• Self-motivated individual with the abilities to problem solve and work independently as well as within a team.
• Exceptional communication skills will be needed to maintain communication between both internal and external stakeholders.
• Needs to be courteous, able to work in a team and to follow detailed operating procedures.
• Occasional travel for 1 or 2 days to locations in New York state
• Requires a current valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years' experience working in the field as a field technician.
