Job Description:
Santa Ynez Valley Cottage Hospital, which is part of Cottage Health, has been serving the Santa Ynez Valley since 1964. We provide 24-hour emergency services, and are fully prepared to care for our community. We are currently in need of a Director, Emergency & Acute Care Services. Under the direction of the Vice President, Santa Ynez Valley Cottage Hospital, plans, organizes, and directs the administrative and technical activities of emergency and acute care services, including personnel management, financial management, and administrative functions that relate to quality emergency and acute care services.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a hospital setting, and basic computer skills. Requires: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, California RN license, BLS, and understanding of the legislative and regulatory environment. MSN, MBA or MHA preferred.
