The National Registrar supervises, inspects, and ensures the timeliness, quality, and accuracy of student records across all campuses. This individual examines organizational processes and strategizes with leadership to become more effective and efficient. This role works closely with campus associates and Campus Support Center leadership to ensure the highest level of academic records integrity and regulatory adherence. All Concorde associates are required to display professionalism and uphold Concordes Mission and the core values of respect for the individual, integrity, teamwork, customer service, and achievement.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage campus support requests to ensure timeliness, validity, and accuracy
Supervise satisfactory academic progress (SAP) processing for all students/campuses
Oversee the campus academic records audit process and ensure appropriate sampling and evaluation
Ensure accuracy and viability of grade and attendance changes
Conduct academic records research and reporting
Create and submit monthly population reports by campus and program
Supervise the monitoring of grading accuracy and attendance posting
Supervise support provided to SRMs/Registrars and other campus associates
Monitor functionality, provide support and training for academic records systems including CourseKey, CampusNexus, and others
Periodically review and update academic policies in collaboration with CSC and Campus associates
Conduct training for campus associates and supervise creation of training materials
Assist with verification of invoicing for digital content
Perform other duties, as assigned
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
Masters degree required
Minimum five years experience working with student records
Proven success working with and leading a registrar team
Experience working in a multi-campus, vocational, technical, and/or career college environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
