Job Description:

The Position:

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years related experience required 2-4 years as an auditor with a public accounting firm and remainder in an accounting capacity within a manufacturing company is strongly desired 


• Previous management/supervisory experience is a plus Strong systems skills including proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required Experience with JD Edwards, Hyperion or AS400 is a plus


•  Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization Results and deadline oriented, strong attention to detail, strong work ethic, ability to identify process improvements, ability and desire to take action


•  Strong Analytical & Problem Solving Skills Leadership Skills and the ability and desire to drive change Six Sigma Black or Green Belt is a plus 

• 4 year Undergraduate Degree Required CPA strongly desired MBA is a plus
