We are looking for anInsurance Verification Specialistto join our fast growing group.

We are looking for anInsurance Verification Specialistto join our fast growing group. As Insurance Verification Specialist, you will work with our practices, patients and insurance companies to ensure that patients' procedures are covered by dental insurance benefits. Your professionalism, reliability, excellent customer service, will contribute to our clinic's continued success!

Typical Schedule - Monday-Thursday 730am-530pm (1 Hour Lunch)

Responsibilities:

• Obtain patient insurance information


• Contact insurance companies to verify insurance coverage and ensure necessary procedures are covered


• Enter patient benefit information accurately and ensure existing information is correct


• Enter notes on upcoming appointments


• Work with offices and Call Center Representatives communicating changes in patients' insurance


• Following up with patients

Qualifications:

• Must be excellent at multitasking


• Must be very detail oriented


• Strong communicator with ability to problem solve


• Excellent customer-service skills, professionalism and maturity.


• Working knowledge of Microsoft, and ability to utilize spreadsheets
