JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for providing the day-to-day leadership and management for a pork processing facility harvesting over 22,000 animals per day. Supervises and coordinates the line activities and tasks of more than 20 team members responsible for the harvest operations. The supervisor is responsible for safety of the team, improving performance, productivity, efficiency of the shift by adhering to all standards to meet the needs of operations
