What Your Impact Will Be:

* Responsible for assisting with mail room operations throughout the East Aurora complex.

* Sort all incoming mail, packages, and intercompany pouches.

* Ensure the efficient handling of outgoing materials, e.g. U.S. mail, express mail, inter-office mail.

* Expedite delivery of courier service parcels and office supplies.

* Operate office machines and equipment for shipping programs including UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and UPS Trackpad scanners

* Operate mail inserter, postal meter equipment, and letter openers.

* Must be able to work overtime as requested and on short notice.

* Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive company vans.

* Perform other tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

* Proficient in typing; knowledge of office procedures; experience with fax machines, copiers, and printers.

* Working knowledge of PCs and software including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet.

* Knowledge of shipping documents, i.e. manifests, bills of lading, etc. preferred.

* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels.

* Ability to work cohesively in a team environment.

* Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

* Mature judgment and strong organizational skills.

* Experienced in fork truck operation.

* Physically able to stand for extended periods of time.

* Ability to bend and lift a minimum of 40 lbs. unassisted.

* Handle a high volume of work confidentially, accurately, and timely.

* Experience working in a corporate environment.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

*High School education or equivalent.

* Preferred: Minimum two years' experience in related field.

* Exemplary attendance and job performance.
