We are looking for an outgoing, motivated, and adaptable individual to assist the talent learning/development teams with various initiatives. We’re seeking an experienced instructional designer who can carry learning projects through their entire lifecycle from needs analysis all the way through evaluation."

Job Responsibilities:


  • Partners with leaders across the organization to conduct needs analyses for strategic planning of learning and development projects


  • Manages overall projects through the entire lifecycle to ensure a globally consistent training experience that directly impacts employee success.


  • Promotes collaboration, partnership and relationships among the participants and stakeholders in a design project.


  • Consults, analyzes, designs, develops, deploys, and evaluates highly engaging and interactive learning solutions focused on leadership development, but not excluding varying colleague initiatives.


  • Applies advanced adult learning theories into practical, application-based leadership learning strategy.


  • Partners and collaborates with business partners in delivering a consistent learning experience.


  • Develops comprehensive measurement strategies for all learning solutions to demonstrate business impact and effectiveness.


  • Tests, deploys, and monitors courseware performance on Learning Management System (LMS).


  • Collaborate with the Talent Coordinator to manage the LMS administration such as enrollment and campaigns


  • Communicates effectively in visual, oral, and written form and delivers engaging presentations to business leaders.


  • Acquires and applies new technology skills to instructional design practice.


  • Remains a thought leader in instructional design and innovation.


  • Designs learning that reflects an understanding of the diversity of learners, including the demonstrated understanding of cultural differences that may apply.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree required


  • Master’s in Adult learning or Instructional Design/Technology preferred


  • 3-5 years related work experience


  • Experience working in an agile (SAM) and waterfall (ADDIE) design environment


  • Experience designing, developing, and delivering emerging learning solutions including game-based learning, video, micro-learning, simulations, and immersive scenarios requiring multiple branching elements strongly preferred


  • Mastery of industry standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360 Suite (especially Storyline), and Captivate)


  • Strong proficiency in video editing/motion graphics software (Adobe Premiere, etc.) strongly preferred


  • Experience working with an LMS, preferably Workday


  • Strong project management and leadership skills to achieve design target timelines


  • Experience developing training across multiple industries and lines of business preferred, with special emphasis on technology-enabled products and services.


  • Ability to record and edit own audio for elearning a plus
