Junior ACH-Card Services Specialist

Duties

The Junior ACH-Card Services Support Specialist is responsible for the processing of various types of ACH returns including but not limited to unauthorized, authorization revoked, invalid accounts and reclamations. Process returns for client with ACH Origination services. Handle ACH inquiries from other Financial Institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the Centrix Dispute Tracking System for incoming ACH disputes. Review and process claims according to Regulation E and the NACHA Operating Rules & Guidelines. Submit returns to the ACH Operator. Review various ACH reports for exception processing.
• Process returns for clients with ACH Origination services.


• Return reclamations as requested and handle other various ACH inquiries from Financial Institutions. Complete Salesforce cases submitted by internal departments related to ACH transactions.


• Assist in various job functions of the Card Services area including the production of Instant Issue cards, Reg E claims and making outbound fraud calls.


• Provide customer service and support to the branch network and Call Center. Update and maintain procedures related to job functions.


• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma.


• Minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training.


• Minimum 6 months customer service experience.


• Experience with Fiserv software applications or other banking related applications.


• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.


• Solid verbal and written communication skills.


• Self-motivated, takes initiative. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.


• Must be bondable.

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of Regulation E.


• Know of MasterCard Rules and Regulations.


• Knowledge of NACHA Operating Rules and Guidelines.

Scheduled Hours

Monday- Friday, 8:30-5:00. Overtime as needed
