POSITION DESCRIPTION: Coordinate and present New Hire Orientation on a weekly basis. Collect new hire paperwork, assure all forms are completed and distribute to the appropriate departments. Work with new employees and their supervisors on a designated training plan through the first 12 weeks of employment. Assist members of the Human Resources department with various projects and tasks such as Team Member relations, benefits and other HR functions. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: * Weekly new hire orientation. * Maintain personnel files. * Maintain training process for new hires through the first 12 weeks of employment.. * Maintains Job board and Communication Center paperwork. * All other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: * High school diploma required. Associate's degree preferred. * Bilingual (Spanish) is required * Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Human Resources office setting. * Previous office experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred. * Must have a demonstrated proficiency in typing skills. * Must have a demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. * Must have strong presentation skills. * Must possess strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and effective communication skills with a desire and ability to work and communicate as a team. * Must have a strong work ethic with refined self-motivation skills and independency. * Must be able to multitask. *
