**$500 (net) bonus paid following 60 days from date of hire!

What you will do:
Provide front line customer service to visiting guests and guests on the phone; greeting all guests, providing a summary of the winery, directing guests appropriately for both scheduled and walk in appointments
Manage multiple phone lines, answering, screening and directing all winery calls
Responsible for scheduling and choreography of appointments to ensure that the flow is appropriate for the space restrictions of the tasting room
Provide accurate information about the company/winery to guests, encouraging guests to join our wine club and mailing list
What you will bring:
At least two years of customer service experience, retail/hospitality preferred
Excellent communication skills, customer service skills and ability prioritize while multi-tasking
Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as computer proficiency
Must be flexible and available to work varied hours/days of the week
Knowledge and interest in wine industry
Must be at least 21 years of age
MAST 12 Permit
Spoken fluency in a second language a plus
