Reporting to the Nurse Director of Cardiac Services, the RN Manager Cardiac Cath Lab will be well supported by a skilled team of talented Assistant Cath Lab Managers and Cath/EP Lab Charge RNs. The RN Manager Cardiac Cath Lab will be responsible and accountable for departmental standards, staff competencies, and overall budget. 

The Assistant RN Director Cardiac Cath Lab will collaborate with the Infection Control Committee as well as the Quality Coordinator to ensure best practices and patient satisfaction. The Assistant RN Director Cardiac Cath Lab will be responsible for the 24 hour supervision of the department.
