Responsibilities of the House Shift Hospital Supervisor RN include overseeing all hospital operations from 7pm-7am. The nursing departments, technicians, non-clinical units, allied health, and ancillary staff will all turn to the House Shift Nursing Supervisor with questions that arise. The House Shift Hospital Supervisor RN will act as liaison between departments, problem solve, oversee operational workflow across all the departments, assist with scheduling, and support the units hands-on as needed.
