Job Description:

Morrie's West Bend Honda, is currently recruiting for full time sales staff.  Unlike traditional car dealerships we offer a no commissions salaried pay structure beginning at $3,000 per month plus performance based incentives.  Our culture is vastly different than a traditional car sales position.  The ideal candidate has a passion for people, is comfortable being social such, is motivated by success,  and has the desire to be part of a great team of people working together in a fun, fast paced environment.  

$3,000 a month guaranteed the first 3 months plus bonuses while training

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide the Buy Happy experience to all customers who enter the dealership, answer questions and helping them select a vehicle that fits their needs


• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and managers


• Keep up-to-date on products, features, and accessories available to successfully train and educate the customer


• Work closely with Sales and Finance managers to effectively close deals


• Follow up with prospective customers and return emails/voicemails


• Prepare sold vehicles for customer pick-up, ensure that the customer understands the vehicles operation features, the Buy Happy promises and paperwork


• Follow up all post-purchase action items including tag/title work


• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

• Ability to communicate at a high level, both verbally and in writing


• We are seeking candidates that enjoy a fast paced environment that offers constant variety


• Ideal candidate must have strong desire to succeed


• Organizational and computer skills are required for the position


• Ability to work evenings and weekends


• Have a valid state driver’s license


• A high school diploma or equivalent is required and a college degree is preferred
