Milton CAT is seeking a dynamic IT Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team in Milford, MA. Microsoft Dynamics
Azure
Power BI
Office 365 (such as Teams, Visio, Forms, etc.)
IoT
Advanced parts warehousing and control technology
You will work with a diverse team and be exposed to many areas within the business, such as Supply Chain, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Product Information Management, and Parts Logistics. This position also works closely with leadership on strategic initiatives including an ERP Implementation and new warehousing system deployment, as well as delivering ongoing guidance and process improvement. Business Analyst and Project Management experience in Supply Chain Management and Parts Logistics will be a strong asset.
Responsibilities
Learning all facets of the parts business and all processes that support it.
Develop and implement process changes, workflow, or system improvements to ensure business continuity and compliance and be a catalyst for the change.
Proactively identify and implement efficiency opportunities.
Maintains a strong understanding of business operations, priorities, and strategic objectives.
Analyze processes, recommend improvements, research potential technology solutions.
Provide day-to-day leadership, management, and coordination of all activities pertaining to the ERP project, including project health, status reporting, and problem resolution with stakeholders.
Define requirements for data analytics and define reporting for process governance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
3-5 years' experience a plus.

Demonstrated aptitude to quickly learn business processes and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience with advanced parts warehousing and logistics is a plus.
Expertise with an ERP implementation is desired.
Proficient use of technology with advanced utilization of Microsoft Office products.
High level of business acumen and communication and presentation skills throughout varying levels of the organization from line-level employee up to the C-suite.
Travel will vary 10% - 25% within New England and Upstate New York.
