Develop software applications using standard methodologies on an Agile team
Review teammates’ code
Help plan & roadmap new features and functionality
Perform software quality assurance testing
Perform technical support activities as assigned
Assist with other project activities as assigned by management
Senior Level Duties (commensurate with experience) include but are not limited to:
Independently complete software development tasks
Actively suggest, plan, and roadmap new features and functionality
Responsible for recommending and leading process improvements
Mentor lower level engineers
Independently solve and resolve technical support incidents

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent certifications or relevant years of work experience required
0 - 5+ years of professional software development experiences.
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Hands on experience with programming languages (e.g. C++, C#, Java, etc.)
Hands on experience with front-end languages (e.g. HTML5, XML, JavaScript, JSON, CSS, etc.)
Working knowledge of version control (e.g. Microsoft Team Foundation Server)
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, analysis, and design
Excellent software development skills
Experience with the complete software development life cycle and QA processes in an Agile environment
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
The ability to contribute in a team environment
Senior Level knowledge/skills/abilities (commensurate with experience):
Ability to work independently in an autonomous environment
Ability to architect sophisticated software features and functionality in a maintainable and modular way
Experience planning and leading team projects to completion with minimal guidance
