  • Be a part of a highly skilled team of supplier management professionals to align and execute enterprise risk strategies and supplier capabilities to achieve enterprise-wide business objectives.
  • Be accountable to the Team lead within Supplier Management for the timely execution and quality of critical activities performed within this function.
  • Collaborate with risk and oversight partners to support governance and control programs.
  • Collaborate with line of business partners to understand and effectively manage their third party risk portfolio.
  • Participate in Supplier Management strategy development, process disciplines, and change initiatives to achieve desired results.
  • Support Third Party Program (TPP) and Supply Chain Management life cycle activities and identify new risks as business requirements evolve.
  • Contribute and provide feedback for supplier management processes, strategy, and/or enterprise program recommendations.
  • Maintain and demonstrate understanding of industry standards, risk benchmarks, and best practices.

The Chief Operating Office (COO) is responsible for delivering a more consistent approach to business operations across Wells Fargo, strengthening the company's risk and control infrastructure, and delivering effective and efficient enterprise services to employees and customers.

The COO group includes the head of Operations, who is jointly responsible for line of business operations with each of the five LOB CEOs. Operations functions include contact center operations, client servicing support, money movements within our businesses, lending operations, and other functions.
The COO group also includes a number of teams dedicated to strengthening Wells Fargo's risk and control infrastructure. These include the Control Executive team; Regulatory and Policy Affairs; Enterprise Customer Excellence; Sales Practices Oversight and Management; and Strategic Execution and Operations.

The Chief Administrative Office, encompassing the Corporate Properties Group; Corporate Security; Enterprise Business Resiliency; Strategic Programs and Process Improvement; Enterprise Change Management; Supply Chain Management; and Data Management and Insights, delivers important services for our employees and customers.


Required Qualifications

  • 6+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Tableau
  • Solid critical thinking skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge and understanding of Wells Fargo s Third Party Information Management Systems (TRIMS) database
  • 2+ years of third party risk management experience

  • Experience driving change and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing complex, high risk third party relationships and engagements
  • Experience utilizing esourcing, Archer, or any Third Party system of record
  • Experience working with Consumer Lending (i.e Auto, Credit Card, Retail Services)
  • Ability to collaborate, partner and team building skills.
