This team in the Employee Experience organization is responsible for improving time to hire, candidate experience, and candidate quality in the Talent Acquisition space.


The Lead Consultant HR Technology will collaborate with Talent Acquisition peers, HR Technology Teams, and external vendors to evaluate, consult, recommend, and execute on automation and improvement opportunities for Talent Acquisition processes and technology. The ideal candidate has:

  • Experience driving complex project management, ideally for technology and product roadmaps
  • The ability to collaborate and manage conflict in high pressure situations
  • Executive presence in both written and verbal communications
  • High level of detail orientation for roadmap planning and execution success.
  • As expectations rapidly evolve in this environment, the candidate also must thrive in ambiguous situations.
     

Specific skillsets and contributions:

  • Work experience in Talent Acquisition or extreme familiarity with the staffing process
  • System knowledge of Taleo and/or Modern Hire highly desired
  • Ability to learn and evaluate new technologies quickly 
  • Detail orientation for technology and project impacts across a range of projects to implement
  • Independently assess issues, provide recommendations, and solve problems with peers and leadership
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Complex project management
  • Organization and prioritization of work
  • Readily receives and provides feedback
  • Tactically and appropriately communicates requests, deadlines, and needs across stakeholders of all levels
  • Flags issues and risks
