Provides analytical support to any or all divisions of the organization by mining data, conducting analysis, and interpreting results related to business needs.
Develops knowledge of health plan operations, health plan data sources and structures, and cost containment strategies.

Additional Minimum Requirements for level II
Experience with data concepts, structures and architecture. Proven ability to write medium complexity data queries, manipulation of data (SQL).
Demonstrated ability to develop Tableau dashboards including the use of various types of visualizations, data manipulations, level of detail calculations. Typically, 1-2 years Tableau experience.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage simple to moderate level ETL (Talend) and data management projects.
Demonstrated skill at managing small to mid-sized projects.
Proven ability to perform difficult analytical tasks with minimal supervision.
Normally to be proficient in the competencies listed above:
Data Reporting Analyst II would typically have a bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science or related field and 3-7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
