You will be responsible for the design and implementation of turn-key solutions in both distribution and manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the proposed solution against our standards, lessons learned, history, best practices and risk factors.
  • Confirm that the equipment layout and material flow provides efficient and safe utilization of customer resources.
  • Conduct site surveys to verify that the system design is compatibility with building.
  • Generate purchase requisitions and order details for purchased equipment.
  • Generate system design documentation for approval.
  • Deliver projects to the terms of the contract while ensuring the customer feels well served.
  • Ensure projects are delivered at or below budget.
  • Coordinate internal/external engineering resources in the development and application of equipment and solutions in support of all project needs.
  • Generate system drawings and 3D models
  • Provide and manage technical guidance and support to our installation teams.
  • Summarizes technical information into concise ideas that can be communicated to multiple levels of management quickly
  • Ability to travel 10%


  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the conveyor industry

  • AutoCAD and Excel experiences
  • Industrial design talent
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to review and interpret customer as sold contract
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • An open, honest and team oriented personality
  • Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work
  • Creativity and innovation in Mechanical Design
