Job Description:

We are seeking a Cash Management Operations Manager for the System Administration and Payment Operations OH Department.

The Cash Management Operations Manager is accountable for building and maintaining a team to perform the functions and responsibilities relating to Currency Management and Network Settlement Operations. The organizational functional aspects of the role’s span of control and authority is leading a team comprised of Currency Management Operations (including cash replenishment, currency management and forecasting, 3rd party armor vendor management, fraud monitoring, member disputes) and Network Settlement Operations (including POS/PIN card base network settlement, ATM/ITM/Credit Union Vault balancing and settlement, ATM and remote deposit capture processing, fraud monitoring and GL reconciliation). The job incumbent is accountable for developing effective procedures and performance matrix that support policy, quality standards and service requirements and ensuring compliance with the approved policy, procedures and processes within the functional area.

The Cash Management Operations Manager is responsible for complying with all policies, procedures, and processes related to their specific position, duties, and responsibilities.

Highlights:


  • Ensures the process for forecasting currency is monitored for effectiveness to ensure enough cash is in our vault to fulfill orders for ATM’s, ITM’s and Retail Delivery Channel (RDC).

  • Monitors vendor service level agreements and escalate support issues to upper management in order to improve quality and turnaround time.

  • Manage and monitor to ensure a thorough review is performed and discrepancies or unusual activity is appropriately investigated.

  • Provide subordinates with proper training & coaching to ensure subordinates have the requisite skills, commitment, & abilities to produce expected results.

  • Provide technical assistance to resolve processing and system issues related to systems utilized for processing ATM/ITM/Remote Deposit transactions and cash letters.

Experience:

    Required


  • 3 years of experience with a financial institution including 2 years Cash Management and/or ATM/ITM experience with a financial institution of comparable size.

  • Customer service focus in a team environment.

  • Management experience

Education:

    Required


  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business and/or equivalent work experience

  • Knowledge of accounting; Debits/Credits/General Ledger

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
