Responsibilities

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Customer Service Representative III, or Team Lead. This position leads a team of 10 CSRs in an inbound call center environment supporting our Central and East regions. This department serves to enhance the Patient experience in relation to handling their Anesthesia bills. Working hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00A - 4:30P CST.

Responsibilities:

    Handle and resolve escalated callsfrom patients.
  • Resolve Accounts Receivable/Customer Service Representative questions; Handle Practice Group issues; Oversee Audits; Deliver Education:


    • Answer Representative questions

    • Educate Representatives and/or suggest items for large group education

    • Audit accounts monthly

    • Educate/Train new team members


  • Oversee Accounts Receivable/Customer Service within assigned area of responsibility by overseeing the task manager for equitable and consistent work distribution to the team.

  • Collect/Present the following reports and information at team meetings:


    • Customer Service Representative issues

    • Review errors received and bring education suggestions as applicable


  • Work cooperatively to meet departmental and organizational goals by including others (inside and outside the team) in the process of solving problems and implementing solutions.

  • Convey ideas in a clear, concise and open manner during oral and written communication.

  • Adhere to Information Security Policies and ensure that Envision is as secure as possible;

  • Additional duties as required.

Qualifications

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a call center environment; preferably in the healthcare space.

  • Knowledge of medical billing reimbursement, medical terminology, and an understanding of Compliance for Anesthesia.

  • Excellent communication skills with patients and insurance companies.

  • Knowledge of appropriate telephone etiquette.

  • Sense of urgency and reliability.

  • Detail-oriented and a team player.
