Responsibilities Include:


  • This position provides support to key DHS/CISA projects by addressing ongoing equipment and staff logistical needs.

  • As a primary supporter of the CISA Cybersecurity mission this position will be key to maintaining the operational tempo and readiness required to successfully meet the mission of protecting critical infrastructure.

  • Coordinates task activities and ensures all phases of the task(s) are documented appropriately.

  • Responsible for effective and efficient management and administration of project tasks.

  • Manage the delivery of support services products and services to customers in accordance with individual program, project, and laboratory requirements.

  • Products and services include, but are not limited to, asset management, program logistics, procurement activities, supporting customers with system needs and questions, process documentation, requirements gathering and administrative support.

  • The position will require a candidate to operate with demonstrated initiative, independence, and excellent communication skills. All duties are performed with limited direction or supervision. Ancillary tasks may include a variety of administrative items and actions.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree and 0-2 years of experience or Master's Degree +1.

  • Must be able to work under pressure, simultaneously addressing multiple complex tasks to meet commitments while maintaining quality of work and a professional interface.

  • Requires the following job knowledge: Excellent oral and written communications skills; awareness of common IT terms and equipment; highly organized and adaptive to changing requirements.

  • Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a DOE "Q" clearance and special accesses as required. When required, must be able to work in a secure work environment to include handling/storing/processing classified and CUI information and adhere to physical and electronic protection standards.

Preferred Requirements:


  • Capable of effectively working in secured areas, handling, storing, and processing classified information, using combination locks and an extensive range of passwords.
