Provide technical and Share-Point & Information Knowledge Management (IKM) developmental support, inclusive of:
Managing site permissions on unclassified, and classified networks
Analyzing site storage quotas and conduct site risk assessments, to preempt technical or storage issues
Developing, troubleshooting, and updating Share-Point & IKM web interface pages
Performing pre-release testing, and risk assessments including how changes and configuration modifications affect the stability of Share Point & IKM portal operations
Developing and updating Help Desk "scripts" and troubleshooting documents
Managing & updating the knowledge taxonomy and metadata fields of the IKM tool
Recommending solutions for making the information more discoverable to users
Providing ad hoc User support/training to use the IKM portal, tools, and applications
Using user feedback and emerging requirements, to collaborate with stakeholders on capability deployment
Conducting interviews with stakeholders after capability release to ensure the intended requirements were met
Working with the stakeholder on prioritization of IKM change / improvement requests, those estimated to exceed 80 labor hours will require a documentation package be developed by the Contractor for government approval
Planning for and developing training material to include quick reference guides and computer based tutorials for IKM capabilities and make available online and hard copy once accepted in writing by the Government
