Project Integrator (DDI Diversity & Inclusion and Strategic Outreach) - TS/SCI with Polygraph Required

The candidate will work in support of DDI Diversity & Inclusion and Strategic Outreach. Planning, reviewing, and implementing DDI Strategic Outreach programs including coordination of Outreach activities.
Support the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion strategic plans to include the Strategic Outreach Program.
Gather, track, analyze, array, and report on DDI diversity and inclusion business program data.
Support tasks requiring the collecting, compiling, evaluating and publishing of information and statistical data in documents, records, forms, reports, and plans.
Assist in the preparation of project management plans and reports. Create periodic, regular reports suitable for audiences of all levels, including the DDI Chief of Staff, DDI Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager, and DDI leadership and workforce.
Some duties can be performed remotely.
Bachelor's Degree required.
TS/SCI with polygraph required.
Knowledge of modern diversity, equality, and inclusion workplace concepts and issues.
Strong representational skills.
Expert knowledge of MS Suite of products, especially Sharepoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Working knowledge of collaboration platforms such as Skype, Talkabout/WordPress, HIVE, and Confluence.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to use critical thinking and analytic skills to develop products.
Strong time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under deadlines.
Experience deriving business intelligence from data and communicating outcomes verbally, in writing, and via PowerPoint, to audience of all levels.
Ability to travel in CONUS.
