The Accounts Services Coordinator position is responsible for the maintenance of assigned accounts and the collection of outstanding receivables. Additional responsibilities include:

• Monthly reporting to the Credit Supervisor with effective notation of accounts


• Processing refunds


• Small balance write offs


• Account reconciliations


• Working with sales reps in a team environment


• Adhering to strong processes and understanding the importance of customer service


• May be assigned additional responsibilities and special projects as needed

Qualified candidates will possess

• Experience in monitoring and collection on past due amounts


• High school graduate, some college preferred


• A solid understanding of accounting principles


• The ability to maintain great customer service while ensuring timely payments in a high volume and goal driven department


• Strong computer skills with experience using all Microsoft Office applications, knowledge of database systems,10-key touch


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Knowledge of Consumer Lending Laws and Lien Laws


• A strong background in customer service


• Experience in collections prioritization and escalation to exceed goals
