We are actively seeking aCustomer Experience Specialistto join ourgrowing teamat our facility in Sharonville, OH. This salaried position is the key client liaison, responsible for supporting the sales team by independently & efficiently taking highly-detailed orders from clients & coordinating the process with planning, processing, & packaging teams.
Manage customer orders and expectations from start to finish
Education and/or Experience:
2-3 years' experience working in customer service.
High School Diploma/GED is required;
College degrees are highly regarded.
Capable of speaking, reading and writing English with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Sit at computer up to 90% of the time & able to lift 35 lbs. equipment such as a computer, copier, mail machine, printer, fax, stapler and other various pieces of office equipment.
